DELIVERY INFO

Upon delivery of the product(s), the risk of loss passes to the buyer. If the product(s) arrive damaged or defective, the buyer must contact us within 48 hours to arrange for a return, exchange or refund. If the product(s) arrive damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to our Return Policy. If, however the product(s) sustain damages while in the buyer's possession, we may understandably not offer compensation at our discretion. We will attempt to deliver the product(s) to the buyer at the address provided during checkout. If the buyer is not available to receive the delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the buyer. If we are unable to contact the buyer, the buyer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reschedule delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the product(s) nationwide within 7 days, subject to availability and destination. For international deliveries, delivery timelines will vary by destination. We will provide estimated delivery timelines during checkout and will update the buyer with tracking information as soon as it is available. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the product(s), and will be displayed during checkout. Any additional customs fees or taxes incurred during international shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
