Is it free to register on AcrossMart?

Yes, registration on AcrossMart either as a customer (buyer) or vendor (seller) is absolutely free. 

How safe and secure is AcrossMart?

When you see any product on AcrossMart from any vendor and you decided to buy it, your money goes directly to a CBN authorized payment gateway not to the product owner/vendor. The vendor will only receive a notification of your purchase and after the product is delivered to you AcrossMart in accordance to our policy will give you 48 hours to decide whether the product meets your requirement. If you are satisfied with the order, the payment gateway will subsequently release the money to the vendor. If however you are not satisfied with the order and notified us within the 48 hours of receiving the order, in accordance with our policy we will instruct the payment gateway to refund you your money.

Do I need an account to use AcrossMart's services?

Yes, you may need to create an account to complete transactions or access certain services such as tracking your orders and viewing order history.

Why are there different prices for the same item?

AcrossMart is a reputable online marketplace that assists Nigerian businesses, and we have a diverse range of merchants competing for business. As a result, you may come across the same product offered at different prices by different vendors.

Can I return a product purchased from AcrossMart?

Yes, you can return a product purchased from AcrossMart. The platform has a return policy that allows users to return products that are defective or not as described. If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, you can contact AcrossMart's customer service team within 48 hours to initiate the return process. The team will guide you through the process of returning the product and getting a refund or replacement.

Can AcrossMart deliver products outside of Nigeria?

The platform has partnerships with various delivery companies to ensure that products are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner wherever they may reside. AcrossMart will provide estimated delivery timelines during checkout and will update you with tracking information as soon as it is available.

What happens if I am not available to receive the delivery?

What are my Routing number, IBAN, and Swift Code?

You can input your Routing Number, IBAN, and Swift Code as obtained from your bank, if not available, simply input 0000 to complete the registration process.

I am a vendor but my market is not listed on AcrossMart, what should I do?

If you are registering your business but could not find your market then select the StandAlones category of your state. Unlisted markets are either new or among the few omitted ones. As they are eventually included, your business/shop will be moved to your respective market based on the address you provided.

I don’t have a shop/business, can I still make money with AcrossMart?
