RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At AcrossMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible Return & Refund Policy to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receiving your order. All returns are subject to compliance with governing laws and that the item must be in its original packaging and unused condition, and the item must be returned within 48 hours of receipt. The claim for goods that develop fault within a manufacturer’s warranty timeframe but outside AcrossMart’s 48 hours window will be the manufacturers sole responsibility. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. In our discretion, upon receipt and inspection of the returned item and where justified, we will issue a full refund if the item is in its original condition. If the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial or no refund based on the condition of the item.

If we cancel any products or services you have paid for but not received, we will refund you in respect of the same. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item, and will be issued in the original payment method. All perishable and intimate goods, including but not limited to food items, earrings, underwear, customized items cannot be returned or refunded. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. However, we will provide notice of any material changes to the Policy on our website.
